As coffeeventure continues, I visit google maps to pin my point, "Let see what's on Hinigaran" I searched "Best café around Hinigaran" There's bunch of results and I don’t know where to go next. I view what my maps recommend to me not until "Nexpresso?" Similar to a coffee "expresso"
I clicked the place and see what's inside, I'm so impressed and to all cafe I visited, it's my first time to see a Coziest natural looking cafe, also inner me "I know this gonna be expensive" But I can't judge, I need to see it on myself. I find the name on Facebook and check for more details and I see the menu, also me "Wow it's a standard price" I don't had a doubt and put it on my Coffeeventure list.
From Binalbagan, I traveled Hinigaran after organizational meeting, supposed to be I need to be there around 9am in the morning but I moved my schedule around 12 noon. Cloudy hours and not that hot, I start to travel while looking on my Google maps for the exact direction till finally I arrived. I walked from national highway to the Café until I reached my destination and call my friend where he is residing on near place.
ABOUT THE VENUE
My first impression is like I'm somewhere on streets of japan. It has already cozy impact outside not wondering why it has few costomers who loves it.
You can usually order outside or inside. The best part of it is the seats inside and the seats upstairs where I didn't tried to see it yet, and I'm confused where I seat because it not crowded at that time and I'm feel free to choose where to seat and feel comfortable. It is perfect for solo date, couple date and group bondings without giving you an uncomfy feeling. It is surrounded by plants where it gives shady atmosphere even on open roof and surroundings are maintained clean.
ABOUT THE COFFEE
Every Coffeeventure, I always go on best sellers so I ordered their Signatured Coffee Latte and the latte art looks so stunning
(I hope I can see how it's made)
The coffee is well roasted and milk is so silky where my taste buds agreed with it, it bullseye my expectations and flavor is worth it for its price.
The second one I tried is their classic Brewed where I take out the order and give the coffee to my friend so that I can keep the cup as a souvenir (HAHA)
Brewed coffee is not that strong which is great, and surprisingly I can drink it without sugar which I love it also.
THE MENU
As I view the menu, there are some menus where I didn't familiar of it, where it makes me curious to have another try on my another visit. As I compare the menus on six Café I visited, there are new experiments and ideas created which is a thumbs up for its authenticity. Prices are so typical and affordable, it is good mostly for students budget.
For me, it is another hidden treasure of Hinigaran that I'm thankful that I visit it. I recommend you to look around because just like a gem, you need to dig for it in order to see it.
